Join us for a fun, low-pressure series where yoga, pilates, and golf come together in the best way possible. Each Tuesday, you’ll start with an energizing movement session, then head into the golf simulator to learn, play, and laugh. No experience required!

This series is all about trying something new, meeting great people, movement and connection.

Flow by the Fairway

Join Lauren Daly Clark Yoga & Wellness, LLC. for the Sunday Yoga Series at the beautiful Wyncote Golf Club blending movement, relaxation, and a touch of luxury.  The series will take place on the first Sunday of every month, May through August (July will be 2nd Sunday).  This 60-minute, all-levels yoga flow is designed to help you unwind, reset, and connect.

Practice will take place either indoors or outdoors (weather permitting), surrounded by the stunning scenery of the course—rolling greens, fresh air, and peaceful views that elevate your entire experience!

After class, stay and savor the moment with a complementary prosecco or mocktail at the club’s restaurant. 

This event is open to everyone, no golf experience required. Just bring your mat, your breath and get ready to flow by the fairway!
